Abbey Medical Group would like to offer interested patients the opportunity to take part in our new Patient Participation Group.
If you would like to be involved in helping to shape new services or to improve our existing ones then we are interested in your views.
Whether this is in regards to our clinics, our opening times right down to something as simple as parking issues, we want to hear from you.
You can send an email to us if you wish to be considered as part of the patient participation group at ppg@gp-b82009.nhs.uk and tell us why you wish to join.
Please remember that you must be a registered member of Abbey Medical Group and over the age of 16 to register your interest.
Be sure to send your full name, current address and telephone contact number along with your reasons for wanting to join the group.
Places in the group are limited and we will take some time to vet each applicant.
We also have a survey online. We would really appreciate your response to it and by doing so you're helping us to give you a better experience when you visit us.
