You can post repeat prescription requests to any of our surgeries, either for you to collect in person, or if you include a stamped, self-addressed envelope we will post your prescription back to you once it has been issued and signed by a doctor.
Note that we are unable to post prescriptions for certain types of medication, and that we can only post to your home address.
If posting your request please remember to include your name, date of birth, and a list of the repeat medications you require.
